Why do we need to sing during the Covid 19 Pandemic Depression?

According to Yuval Harari, a historian, this is a time when the era of the Industrial Age departs and the era of the Information Age (Artificial Intelligence) arrives. During the Information Age, Dr. Harari emphasizes the importance of the two elements of human conditions: 1. Emotional intelligence 2. Mental stability.
AAMS continues to share the principle of vocal arts training to benefit my studio students for the Emotional Intelligence and Mental Stability by exercising creativities such as  1) Social engagements via virtual recitals 2) Self-confidence 3) Growth mindset during singing.
